Works included the demolition of the existing synthetic sports fields, allowing for the construction of a new 2500m2 single-storey Learning & Administration facility, which accommodate for fourteen learning areas including associated amenities, new staff, and administration facilities. The scope also included the upgrade of electrical, sewer and stormwater to the site.
